Senior 3D Artist
Hybrid or remote work (in Croatia)
We’re looking for a Senior 3D Artist to join our growing in-house 3D team, with opportunities to work on large-scale projects for international clients and global brands. The Senior 3D artist will work alongside our graphic and motion design specialists on static and animated product visualizations, digital ads, and online videos. We are seeking a creative professional ready to work independently but also capable of organizing and leading larger 3D projects.
What we need from you:
- Lead the creative and technical development of high-level 3D visualizations, from concept to final render.
- Generate and manage 3D models using blueprints and artwork.
- Own the quality and delivery of 3D outputs across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative concepts into 3D executions.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve 3D production processes.
What you need to land it:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in 3D production
- Expert in Cinema 4D and related plugins/render engines (Redshift, Corona)
- Expert in modelling, composition, lighting and texturing
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing your personal and professional work
- Ability to present and elaborate your work
- Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written
