Graphic Designer: AI-Driven Creative & Production
Location: Pula, Croatia / Hybrid
Hybrid work is possible, although we prefer the first few months to be spent in our Pula office for closer onboarding and collaboration.
We're looking for a different kind of Graphic Designer.
We’re looking for a proactive and curious designer who combines strong creative fundamentals with an eagerness to explore AI-assisted ways of working.
You’ll create high-quality work for FMCG brands, collaborate with the team, and help improve creative production through smarter tools and workflows. AI experience is welcome, but curiosity, adaptability, and sound design judgment matter most.
What you'll be doing
- Develop concepts and visual assets for FMCG campaigns across packaging, print, POS, digital, and social media.
- Use Adobe and AI tools for ideation, production, adaptation, localization, and automation.
- Ensure strong visual quality, brand consistency, and technical accuracy.
- Collaborate, share learnings, take ownership, and help improve creative workflows.

Solid design fundamentals
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid knowledge of typography, composition, color, branding, and production-ready design across formats.
AI curiosity and practical skills
- Interest in using AI to improve creativity, quality, and efficiency.
- Hands-on AI experience is a plus; willingness to experiment, learn, and share is essential.
