Graphic Designer
Hybrid or remote work (in Croatia)We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) with creative and technical skills to produce digital visuals for various media channels. This role involves delivering effective, visually appealing, on-brand, and on-strategy design production across digital media —websites, brand stores, social media, digital advertising, 3D, and motion.
What we need from you:
- Create visuals for various media channels, mainly for digital platforms
- Create effective designs based on user needs by following industry/brand standards
- Collaborate with other departments on briefings, client calls and project presentations
- Adapt visual assets to meet regional and local brand standards
- Follow brand guidelines and other standards when creating assets for various platforms to ensure consistency across the market and media.
- Mentor junior team members
What you need to land it:
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a digital design/production environment
- Excellent portfolio highlighting your personal and professional design work
- Ability to present and elaborate your creative work
- Basic understanding of web technologies and digital methodologies —
HTML, CSS, User experience, User interface design, Digital interaction
- Active use of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign)
- Basic understanding of animation, motion graphics, and 3D production
- Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written
